Client project: The After-Sales Communication Monitor for Daimler AG
After sales is pre-sales. According to this marketing guideline we have developed an effective tool for Customer Relationship Management for our client Daimler AG: the After-Sales Communication Monitor. Here our software technology »PlayEverywhere2.0« can tap its potential optimally. In many Mercedes-Benz branch offices and dealerships the ASCM is being used successfully.
Even the best product doesn’t sell without accompanying measures for Customer Relationship Management. That is particularly true for the very competitive automotive market. Apart from pre-sales advertising efforts, an attractive sales environment and a premium product presentation especially the importance of after-sales management increases. Since it is normally more cost-efficient to keep the existing clientele than to acquire new customers. Furthermore, After Sales creates additional revenue. But this will only succeed if the after-sales service is tailored to the complex customer needs. The customer wants to be confirmed in his buying decision after the buying. He wants to be accompanied during the whole usage time and informed about successive products. He also wants to experience the time spent – for instance in a waiting zone – as useful. Therefore a mixture between information and emotional appeal is crucial so that relationship between buyer and product remains untouched and, moreover, strengthened.
With our ASCM system we have launched a multimedia solution, which meets these requirements in every respect: The combination of premium presentation displays, high-performing PCs and the user-friendly software »PlayEverywhere2.0« gives the user the opportunity to create content individually. In this way the user may change his communication strategy quickly and flexibly.
