To do this, the person must download and install a browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This browser add-on informs Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data and information about website visits may be transmitted to Google Analytics. The installation of the browser add-on is considered by Google as a contradiction. If the data subject's information technology system is later deleted, formatted or reinstalled, the data subject must re-install the browser add-on to disable Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is uninstalled or disabled by the data subject or any other person within their sphere of control, it is possible to reinstall or reactivate the browser add-on.

15. Data protection provisions on the application and use of Google+

The person responsible for processing has integrated the Google+ button as a component on this website. Google+ is a so-called social network. A social network is a social meeting place operated on the Internet, an online community that usually enables users to communicate with one another and interact in virtual space. A social network can serve as a platform for the exchange of opinions and experiences or enables the Internet community to provide personal or company-related information. Google+ enables users of the social network, among other things, to create private profiles, upload photos and network via friend requests.

Google+ is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

Each visit to one of the pages of this website operated by the controller and incorporating a Google+ button will cause the Internet browser on the subject's information technology system to be automatically triggered by the respective Google+ button, a representation of the corresponding Google+ Download button from Google. As part of this technical process, Google will be aware of which specific bottom of our website is visited by the data subject. More detailed information about Google+ is available at https://developers.google.com/+/.

If the person concerned is logged in to Google+ at the same time, Google recognizes which specific sub-page of our website the person concerned is visiting with each visit to our website by the person concerned and for the entire duration of the respective stay on our website. This information is collected by the Google+ button and assigned to the respective Google+ account of the person concerned by Google.

If the person concerned activates one of the Google+ buttons integrated on our website and thereby makes a Google+ 1 recommendation, Google assigns this information to the personal Google+ user account of the person concerned and saves this personal data. Google saves the Google +1 recommendation of the person concerned and makes it publicly available in accordance with the conditions accepted by the person concerned in this regard. A Google +1 recommendation made by the person concerned on this website will subsequently be used together with other personal data, such as the name of the Google +1 account used by the person concerned and the photo stored in it in other Google services, For example, the search engine results of the Google search engine, the Google account of the person concerned or other places, for example on websites or in connection with advertisements, are stored and processed. Furthermore, Google is able to link the visit to this website with other personal data stored by Google. Google also records this personal information for the purpose of improving or optimizing the various Google services.

Via the Google+ button, Google always receives information that the person concerned has visited our website if the person concerned is logged into Google+ at the same time as accessing our website; this takes place regardless of whether the person concerned clicks the Google+ button or not.

If the person concerned does not want personal data to be transmitted to Google, they can prevent such transmission by logging out of their Google+ account before calling up our website.

Additional information and Google's privacy policy can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. Additional Google pointers to the Google + 1 button can be found at https://developers.google.com/+/web/buttons-policy.

16. Data protection provisions on the application and use of Google AdWords

The person responsible for processing has integrated Google AdWords on this website. Google AdWords is an internet advertising service that allows advertisers to place advertisements in Google's search engine results as well as in the Google advertising network. Google AdWords enables an advertiser to define certain keywords in advance by means of which an advertisement is only displayed in Google's search engine results if the user calls up a keyword-relevant search result with the search engine. In the Google advertising network, the ads are distributed to topic-related websites using an automatic algorithm and taking into account the previously defined keywords.

The operating company for the services of Google AdWords is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

The purpose of Google AdWords is to advertise our website by displaying interest-relevant advertising on the websites of third-party companies and in the search engine results of the Google search engine and by displaying third-party advertising on our website.

If a person concerned reaches our website via a Google ad, a so-called conversion cookie is stored on the information technology system of the person concerned by Google. What cookies are has already been explained above. A conversion cookie loses its validity after thirty days and is not used to identify the person concerned. If the cookie has not yet expired, the conversion cookie is used to determine whether certain sub-pages, for example the shopping cart from an online shop system, have been accessed on our website. The conversion cookie enables both we and Google to understand whether a person concerned who came to our website via an AdWords ad generated sales, i.e. completed or canceled a purchase.

The data and information collected through the use of the conversion cookie are used by Google to create visit statistics for our website. These visit statistics are in turn used by us to determine the total number of users who were referred to us via AdWords advertisements, i.e. to determine the success or failure of the respective AdWords advertisement and to optimize our AdWords advertisements for the future . Neither our company nor other Google AdWords advertisers receive information from Google that could identify the person concerned.

The conversion cookie is used to store personal information, such as the websites visited by the person concerned. Each time you visit our website, personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the person concerned, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America. These personal data are stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may pass this personal data collected through the technical process on to third parties.

The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies by our website, as already shown above, at any time by means of a corresponding setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a conversion cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. In addition, a cookie already set by Google AdWords can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.

Furthermore, the data subject has the opportunity to object to Google's interest-based advertising. To do this, the person concerned must access the link www.google.com/settings/ads from each of the Internet browsers they use and make the desired settings there.

Additional information and Google's privacy policy can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.

However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write them down or to pass them on to third parties.

We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of MailChimp. MailChimp is under the US-EU data protection agreement "Privacy Shield"Certified and committed to comply with EU data protection requirements. This information is used for the technical improvement of the services based on the technical data or the target groups and their reading behavior based on their retrieval locations (which can be determined using the IP address) or the access times.

The statistical surveys also include determining whether the newsletters are opened, when they are opened and which links are clicked. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to the individual newsletter recipients. However, it is neither our aim nor that of MailChimp to observe individual users. The evaluations serve us much more to recognize the reading habits of our users and to adapt our content to them or to send different content according to the interests of our users.

Online access and data management

There are cases in which we direct the newsletter recipients to the MailChimp websites. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to use our website. For example, the users of a website that uses cookies do not need to reenter their credentials each time they visit the website, as this is done by the website and the cookie stored on the user's computer system. Another example is the cookie of a shopping basket in the online shop. The online shop remembers the items that a customer has placed in the virtual shopping cart via a cookie.

The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies through our website at any time by means of a corresponding setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently contradict the setting of cookies. Furthermore, already set cookies can be deleted at any time via an internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all common internet browsers. If the data subject deactivates the setting of cookies in the Internet browser used, not all functions of our website may be fully usable.

5. Collection of general data and information

The netvico GmbH website collects a series of general data and information each time the website is accessed by a data subject or an automated system. These general data and information are stored in the server's log files. The (1) browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the website from which an accessing system reaches our website (so-called referrer), (4) the sub-websites that are accessed via an accessing system on our website can be controlled, (5) the date and time of access to the website, (6) an internet protocol address (IP address), (7) the internet service provider of the accessing system and (8) other similar data and information that serve to avert danger in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.

When using this general data and information, netvico GmbH does not draw any conclusions about the person concerned. Rather, this information is required to (1) correctly deliver the content of our website, (2) optimize the content of our website and the advertising for it, (3) ensure the long-term functionality of our information technology systems and the technology of our website and ( 4) to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for law enforcement in the event of a cyber attack. This anonymously collected data and information is therefore statistically evaluated by netvico GmbH on the one hand and furthermore with the aim of increasing data protection and data security in our company in order to ultimately ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data processed by us. The anonymous data in the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.

6. Registration on our website

The data subject has the possibility to register on the website of the data controller by providing personal data. The personal data to be sent to the controller is derived from the respective input mask used for the registration. The personal data entered by the data subject shall be collected and stored solely for internal use by the controller and for his own purposes. The controller may arrange for the transfer to one or more processors, such as a parcel service, who also uses the personal data only for internal use attributable to the controller.

By registering on the website of the controller, the IP address assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) of the data subject, the date and time of registration are also stored. The storage of this data takes place against the background that only in this way the misuse of our services can be prevented, and these data make it possible, if necessary, to clarify past offenses. In this respect, the storage of this data is necessary to secure the controller. A disclosure of these data to third parties is not, unless there is a legal obligation to pass on or the disclosure of law enforcement serves.

By registering the data subject voluntarily providing personal data, the data controller serves to provide the data subject with content or services that, due to the nature of the case, can only be offered to registered users. Registered persons are free to modify the personal data given at registration at any time or to delete it completely from the database of the data controller.

The controller shall, at any time upon request, provide information to each data subject as to which personal data about the data subject is stored. Furthermore, the data controller corrects or deletes personal data at the request or reference of the data subject, insofar as this does not conflict with any statutory storage requirements. All data subjects of the controller are available to the data subject as a contact person in this context.

7. Subscription to our newsletter

On the netvico GmbH website, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to our company's newsletter. The input mask used for this purpose determines which personal data is transmitted to the person responsible for processing when ordering the newsletter.

Netvico GmbH informs its customers and business partners at regular intervals by means of a newsletter about company offers. Our company's newsletter can only be received by the person concerned if (1) the person concerned has a valid e-mail address and (2) the person concerned registers to receive the newsletter. For legal reasons, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address entered by a person concerned for the first time for the newsletter dispatch using the double opt-in procedure. This confirmation email is used to check whether the owner of the email address, as the person concerned, has authorized receipt of the newsletter.

When subscribing to the newsletter, we also store the IP address of the computer system used by the person concerned at the time of registration, as well as the date and time of registration, as assigned by the Internet Service Provider (ISP). The collection of this data is necessary in order to understand the (possible) misuse of an affected person's e-mail address at a later date and therefore serves as legal safeguards for the controller.

The personal data collected in the context of registering for the newsletter will be used exclusively to send our newsletter. Subscribers to the newsletter may also be notified by e-mail if this is necessary for the operation of the newsletter service or registration, as might be the case in the event of changes to the newsletter or technical changes. There will be no transfer of the personal data collected as part of the newsletter service to third parties. Subscription to our newsletter may be terminated by the person concerned at any time. The consent to the storage of personal data that the data subject has given us for the newsletter dispatch can be revoked at any time. For the purpose of revoking the consent, there is a corresponding link in each newsletter. It is also possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, directly on the controller's website, or to inform the controller in a different way.

8. Newsletter tracking

The newsletters from netvico GmbH contain so-called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic that is embedded in e-mails that are sent in HTML format in order to enable log file recording and log file analysis. This enables a statistical evaluation of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns to be carried out. Based on the embedded tracking pixel, netvico GmbH can recognize whether and when an e-mail was opened by a person concerned and which links in the e-mail were called up by the person concerned.

Such personal data collected via the tracking pixels contained in the newsletters are stored and evaluated by the person responsible for processing in order to optimize the newsletter dispatch and to better adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the person concerned. These personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Affected persons are entitled at any time to revoke the relevant separate declaration of consent given via the double opt-in procedure. After a revocation, this personal data will be deleted by the person responsible for processing. Netvico GmbH automatically interprets a cancellation from the receipt of the newsletter as a revocation.

9. Contact possibility via the webiste

Due to legal regulations, the netvico GmbH website contains information that enables quick electronic contact with our company and direct communication with us, which also includes a general address for so-called electronic mail (e-mail address). If the person responsible for processing does not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted two months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that deletion does not conflict with any other legitimate interests of the person responsible for processing. Another legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

13. Data protection provisions on the application and use of Facebook

The controller has integrated components of the company Facebook on this website. Facebook is a social network.

A social network is an Internet-based social meeting place, an online community that typically allows users to communicate with each other and interact in virtual space. A social network can serve as a platform to exchange views and experiences, or allows the Internet community to provide personal or business information. Facebook allows social network users to create private profiles, upload photos and socialize via friend requests.

Facebook's operating company is Facebook, Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. Persons responsible for the processing of personal data, if an affected person lives outside the US or Canada, are Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland.

Each visit to one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and on which a Facebook component (Facebook plug-in) has been integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the person concerned automatically by the respective Facebook Component causes a representation of the corresponding Facebook component of Facebook to download. An overview of all Facebook plug-ins can be found at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/?locale=en_US. As part of this technical process, Facebook receives information about which specific underside of our website is visited by the person concerned.

If the data subject is simultaneously logged into Facebook, Facebook recognizes with each visit to our website by the data subject and during the entire duration of the respective stay on our website, which specific underside of our website the data subject visits. This information is collected through the Facebook component and assigned by Facebook to the respective Facebook account of the data subject. If the person concerned activates one of the Facebook buttons integrated on our website, for example the "Like" button, or if the person concerned makes a comment, Facebook assigns this information to the personal Facebook user account of the person concerned and saves this personal data ,

Facebook always receives information via the Facebook component that the data subject has visited our website if the data subject is logged in to Facebook at the same time as accessing our website; this happens regardless of whether the person clicks on the Facebook component or not. If such a transfer of this information to Facebook is not wanted by the data subject, it can prevent the transfer by logging out of their Facebook account before calling our website.

The data policy published by Facebook, which is available at https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy/, provides information on the collection, processing and use of personal data by Facebook. It also explains which options Facebook offers to protect the privacy of the data subject. In addition, different applications are available, which make it possible to suppress data transmission to Facebook. Such applications can be used by the data subject to suppress data transmission to Facebook.

14. Data protection provisions on the application and use of Google Analytics (with anonymization function)

The controller has integrated on this website the component Google Analytics (with anonymization function). Google Analytics is a web analytics service. Web analysis is the collection, collection and analysis of data about the behavior of visitors to websites. Among other things, a web analysis service collects data on which website an affected person has come to a website (so-called referrers), which subpages of the website were accessed or how often and for which length of stay a subpage was viewed. A web analysis is mainly used to optimize a website and cost-benefit analysis of Internet advertising.

The operating company of the Google Analytics component is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

The person responsible for processing uses the addition "_gat._anonymizeIp" for web analysis via Google Analytics. By means of this addition, the IP address of the data subject's Internet connection is shortened and anonymized by Google if access to our website is from a member state of the European Union or from another contracting state to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyze visitor flows on our website. Among other things, Google uses the data and information obtained to evaluate the use of our website, to compile for us online reports showing the activities on our websites, and to provide other services related to the use of our website.

Google Analytics uses a cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. What cookies are, has already been explained above. By using this cookie Google is enabled to analyze the usage of our website. Each time one of the pages of this website is accessed by the controller and a Google Analytics component has been integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the person concerned is automatically initiated by the respective Google Analytics component To submit data to Google for online analysis purposes. As part of this technical process, Google will be aware of personal data, such as the IP address of the person concerned, which serve, among other things, Google to track the origin of the visitors and clicks, and subsequently make commission settlements possible.

The cookie stores personally identifiable information, such as access time, the location from which access was made, and the frequency of site visits by the data subject. Each time you visit our website, your personal information, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the data subject, is transferred to Google in the United States of America. This personal information is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may transfer such personal data collected through the technical process to third parties.

The affected person can prevent the setting of cookies through our website, as shown above, at any time by means of a corresponding setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently contradict the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. In addition, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.

Furthermore, the data subject has the option of objecting to and preventing the collection of the data generated by Google Analytics for the use of this website and the processing of this data by Google.

Additional information and Google's privacy policy can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ and http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/en.html. Google Analytics is explained in more detail at https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/analytics/.

17. Data protection provisions on the application and use of Instagram

The controller has integrated components of the Instagram service on this website. Instagram is a service that qualifies as an audiovisual platform, allowing users to share photos and videos, and also disseminate such data to other social networks.

The operating company for Instagram's services is Instagram LLC, 1 Hacker Way, Building 14 First Floor, Menlo Park, CA, USA.

Each visit to one of the pages of this website operated by the controller and on which an Instagram component (Insta-Button) has been integrated automatically causes the internet browser on the information technology system of the person concerned through the respective Instagram component causes to download a representation of the corresponding component of Instagram. As part of this technical process, Instagram is aware of which specific bottom of our website is visited by the person concerned.

If the data subject is logged in to Instagram at the same time, Instagram recognizes with each visit to our website by the data subject and during the entire duration of the respective stay on our website which specific subpage the affected person visits. This information is collected through the Instagram component and assigned through Instagram to the affected person's Instagram account. If the person concerned activates one of the Instagram buttons integrated on our website, the data and information transferred with it are assigned to the personal Instagram user account of the person concerned and saved and processed by Instagram.

Through the Instagram component, Instagram always receives information that the person concerned has visited our website if the person concerned is simultaneously logged into Instagram at the time of accessing our website; this happens regardless of whether the person clicks on the Instagram component or not. If the affected person does not want to transmit this information to Instagram, the latter can prevent the transmission from logging out of their Instagram account before calling our website.

Further information and Instagram's privacy policy can be found at https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388 and https://www.instagram.com/about/legal/privacy/.

If the affected person activates a LinkedIn button integrated on our website, LinkedIn assigns this information to the personal LinkedIn user account of the person concerned and saves this personal data.

LinkedIn always receives information via the LinkedIn component that the person concerned has visited our website if the person concerned is simultaneously logged into LinkedIn at the time of accessing our website; this happens regardless of whether the person clicks on the LinkedIn component or not. If the affected person does not want to transmit this information to LinkedIn, the latter can prevent it from logging out of their LinkedIn account before visiting our website.

19. Data protection provisions on the use and processing of the dispatch service provider "MailChimp"

The newsletters are distributed via MailChimp, a newsletters distribution platform owned by Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE # 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.

The e-mail addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in these notes, are stored on MailChimp's servers in the USA. MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore, according to its own information, MailChimp can use this data to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. for the technical optimization of the dispatch and the presentation of the newsletter or for economic purposes in order to determine from which countries the recipients come.

Furthermore we have with MailChimp a "Data Processing Agreement" completed. This is a contract in which MailChimp undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process it on our behalf in accordance with its data protection regulations and, in particular, not to pass it on to third parties. We ask you to optionally provide your first and last name. This information is only used to personalize the newsletter. We also ask you to optionally provide your date of birth, gender and industry. We only use this information to adapt the contents of the newsletter to the interests of our readers.

Statistical survey and analysis

This information is used for the technical improvement of the services based on the technical data or the target groups and their reading behavior based on their retrieval locations (which can be determined using the IP address) or the access times.

The statistical surveys also include determining whether the newsletters are opened, when they are opened and which links are clicked. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to the individual newsletter recipients. However, it is neither our aim nor that of MailChimp to observe individual users. The evaluations serve us much more to recognize the reading habits of our users and to adapt our content to them or to send different content according to the interests of our users.

There are cases in which we direct the newsletter recipients to the MailChimp websites. For example, our newsletters contain a link with which the newsletter recipients can access the newsletters online (e.g. in the event of display problems in the e-mail program). In addition, newsletter recipients can subsequently correct their data, such as their email address. The same is true Privacy policy only accessible from MailChimp on their page.

You can cancel the receipt of our newsletter at any time, ie revoke your consent. At the same time, your consent to its sending via MailChimp and the statistical analyzes will expire. A separate revocation of the dispatch via MailChimp or the statistical evaluation is unfortunately not possible. You will find a link to cancel the newsletter at the end of each newsletter.
