For Deutsche Bahn, we implemented our digital solutions nationwide, which give travelers added value such as reduced waiting times, improved advisory processes, improved information management or the autonomous handling of certain concerns. A particular challenge was that the system can be used barrier-free by mobility-impaired and visually impaired travelers and that Deutsche Bahn employees can control it independently. In addition, processes are documented and customer behavior is sustainably evaluated.
