architects of digital communication

Stadtbibliothek Stuttgart

Our digital orientation and information systems navigate people through the complex library building. Thanks to integrated touch screens, visitors are invited to directly interact with the systems. The digital pillars were installed systematically in entrance areas, at elevators and in the stairwell. In terms of content, the orientation systems not only show site plans, floor overviews and specific areas of interest but also have an integrated keyword search function as well as provide information on events and book presentations. With this structured, clear and effective information, visitors can find their way and find what they are looking for in the library.
