Netvico GmbH for the Bleyle Quarter in Ludwigsburg

Apartments, offices, a hotel, doctor's offices, restaurants and much more

A Stuttgart entrepreneur and investor in Ludwigsburg has created the Bleyle Quarter on the two hectare site of the historic textile company Wilhelm Blelye OHG. The historical structure of the old Bleyle knitwear factory was combined with modern architecture to create a lively, inner-city district.

But where can you find what? Netvico GmbH has taken on this challenge. Since September 2016, the Bleyle Quartier has been informing its visitors with a digital guidance and information system from netvico GmbH.

Conspicuously placed in central locations, site plans and interactive route guidance are displayed on four 46 ”outdoor touch steles.

The interactivity of the stele is made visible by touch icons. The user can directly access the tenant overview by touch. In this way, the viewer receives information at a glance about all the information he needs in order to be able to orientate himself easily and specifically in the Bleyle quarter. Various categories such as gastronomy, education and beauty illustrate in which buildings and rooms the offices, restaurants, medical practices, fitness centers, travel agencies etc. can be found. If the location you are looking for is found on the map, the area is shown as an aerial photo and the route is navigated from a bird's eye view. These recordings were recorded by drones.

There is also the option of including commercials and news on the steles, so netvico GmbH creates advertising and information opportunities as well as more presence for the tenants.
